Philosophy

The guiding philosophy of the Church Leadership Training Institute (CLTI) is that the effective growing church is anchored on committed and knowledgeable church workers. The commitment comes by a purposeful training program. The training program should utilize the best scholarship on education, theory, and biblical interpretation. The institute is dedicated to providing this type of training to church workers.

Purpose and Goal

The Church Leadership Training Institute provides quality training for church workers in the hope of causing spiritual and numerical growth in the church. The facilitators/teachers in the Institute are skilled workers with practical experience in using the resources taught in their church environment.
